The Dang Ol' Tri'ole
The Dang Ol' Tri'ole is a 6-person bohemian folk group from the Twin Cities. Having played together 7 years, members have honed their skills to demonstrate fluency at their respective instruments through complex melodies, dense compositions, improvisational soloing and dynamic presentation. Whether presenting their more complicated pieces or playing easy-going tunes, The Dang Ol' Tri'ole exhibits a highly entertaining stage presence, mixing musicianship with humor.
Mississippi Hot Club
Mississippi Hot Club
Mississippi Hot Club is a quintet of Minnesota natives. Four out of five members come from Grand Rapids, MN, originally founded as a logging town on the Mississippi River, and the group’s name is inspired by that great waterway.

With a passion for gypsy jazz, also known as jazz manouche or hot club jazz, this style of music was grandfathered by maestro guitarist Django Reinhardt during the 1930s in Paris, France.

Mississippi Hot Club is a traditional jazz manouche ensemble with two la pompe rhythm guitars, upright bass, and the lively improvisation of a solo guitar and violin.
